PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

• To hold a wedding date, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to event date.
• Our prices are in US Dollars.
• There are no refunds 30 days prior to wedding/event dates. 
• A refund will be given in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation (less $300).
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve wedding services and is non refundable. Please refer to your itemized invoice which will state the due date. Any payments that are made, up to and including 50%, are non-refundable.
• All services requested of Arwen's Tropical Weddings must be paid in full 30 days prior to the ceremony or event date.
• Payment can be made in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Money Order or a Personal Check that is mailed via an overnight service with a tracking number.
• Arwen not responsible in the event of inclement weather or other causes beyond the control of Arwen's Tropical Weddings.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• In all circumstances, Arwen's Tropical Weddings full and complete liability is not to exceed 20% of the client's total event.
• It is the client's responsibility to obtain a valid Florida marriage license. A valid Florida marriage license is required. This may be obtained from any Florida courthouse within 60 days of the ceremony. Florida residents are required to wait 3 days after obtaining the license before the marriage can be solemnized. There is no waiting period for non-Florida residents.
• Client will provide ATW vendors with a meal for reception events.
• For clients living outside of the Florida Keys, ATW retains the right to decide printed wedding photographs on clients behalf.
• If client requests additional items added on the day of the event they will provide payment within 60 days.
• Late charges may apply for invoices not paid within 60 days. For additional information please contact info@arwenstropicalweddings.com.
• When a credit card or check is given to Arwen's Tropical Weddings it is notice that the client complies with this agreement.
